The time we spent in prayer is never wasted. The Bible encourages us in Philippians 4:6, Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. When we are faced with difficult situation that seems to overwhelm our spirit and understanding, why don’t you seek divine assistance? Prayer is the link that connects us with God. Prayer delights God’s ear; it melts His heart; and opens His hand. God cannot deny a praying soul.
